Natalia was super detail-oriented and despite the language barrier, she ensured I got what I desired and stopped after every step to agree. My appointment was at 9 but I showed up 15 mins in advance because of public transport issues. I was welcomed with a warm cappuccino and Natalia allowed me to start my session earlier than scheduled. It was my first time doing my nails there and I already have another appointment booked. Never found such a lovely place with great energy like this one.
