The specialist unfortunately doesn't speak English or Dutch.This created a number of issues, like turning off the heater instead making it warmer, which basically ruined the purpose of the relaxing massage. She also tried to took photos of my undressed body (partially covered by towel though) without my consent and it was very hard to explain that I don't want this.
The tricks with measuring tape when before they measure your waist loosely and then tightly wasn't great either
