I think I'm just pickier than most people about my massages. My sport massage did not feel particularly in the school of sport massages, and did not have the benefit I was looking for. I essentially felt the same leaving as I was going in. I'm sure this is a great place for most people, but from a deep tissue/muscular release angle I did not experience anything positive.
