Prachtige biab manicure. Erg blij mee! Je moet bent bij Fleur in goede handen. Ze is ongelooflijk zorgzaam en professioneel. De salon is erg hygiënisch en schoon.

I should have trusted my instincts and left within the first few minutes—there was a full garbage bag on the chair, and I was asked to lie on a treatment bed with no cover. Still, I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. Valery seemed unsure of what to do, pacing around before starting the waxing. What followed was painful and poorly executed—so much so that I had to stop the session halfway through. Despite apologizing a few times, she still charged me for the full treatment, even though she did a poor job and didn’t complete it. Unprofessional, unprepared, and clearly lacking in training. Never again.
