I was happy to understand that my tense is coming from my thoughts and stuck in my body, therefore I started to work with my mind as well before massage. The stone therapy gives more feeling of your body and warmth in ache of your painful spots. Every time after the stone massage I feel more balanced and open.

The treatment was very well. However instead of the hour booked the treatment lasted 10 minutes shorter which was less positive.
