Final result looked nice, but completely damaged my nails.. Sanded them down to an extreme, plus was ripping off my previous gel polish, leaving my nails damaged and sensitive. I asked if she could use a more delicate method and I was told no. After treating my nails so poorly I was told I needed to get acrylic because my nails where too weak. Which was shocking to me after such poor care of the nails.

Laan was super, she was very patient and careful, and always asked how I liked the shape etc. She also recommended a thicker gel for my nails, which I really liked

Efficient, quick, good work. Would recommend, could be a bit more welcoming/cleanliness of the nail table could be worked on a bit. Had a gel manicure.
