I have to wait some time, the person was not ready to start the treatment. Towel was not clean. Her Phone was on during the treatment (not even in vibr) and made noise several times. During a facial treatment you want to relax. Also I dont find appropiate when since the beginning staff try to “sell” additional/other services. Maybe at the end they can suggest, but not from minute 1. Even though the place is really nice, it was not a good experience to me.
