The treatment’s start time was delayed by 20 minutes and the treatment took close to an hour rather than 30 minutes. So I was there for nearly 1.5 hours. I already washed and shampooed my hair that day and they knew that but they told me they had to wash my hair to ‘make sure it holds’. I have never heard that happen before especially because I went to them with wet hair. My blowout did not hold it just became pin straight within the hour because they didn’t use and leavein products.
