When I arrived, the staff had no idea why I came and no one spoke English. They even had to Google “waxing” to understand the procedure. I waited 25 minutes before someone took me to a room with poor hygiene and no disposable covers. During the procedure, something leaked on the table and the therapist nervously wiped it. The waxing quality was terrible: she used wax that was too hot, burned my skin, removed skin in two spots on my back, and still didn’t remove all the hair.
