Gellak werd verwijderd met elektrische vijl op hoge stand, wat onaangenaam warm was (ik heb dikke nagels, normaal nooit last). Geen olie na afloop en nul oogcontact — zelfs op het einde niet, waardoor ik bleef wachten omdat ik dacht dat er nog iets zou komen. Lak is er prima af, mijn nagels wel wat dunner (maar dat gebeurt vaker). De afspraak was 20 minuten vervroegd, maar ik moest alsnog 15 minuten wachten. Opzich geen probleem, maar bij elkaar toch wel gebrek aan vriendelijkheid en service
