The overall experience was not great. I explained how I liked my French tip manicure done and this was not followed, to the point I asked to just omit the French tip all together. I was also made to wait 1 hour past the time I was actually supposed to have my appointment. Overall quite dissatisfied as I left without the initial service I paid for.

I really love my nails done by Ludmila! The colour is amazing, something I never came across before. Ludmila is a real professional, I would definitely come back if I didn't move from Amsterdam recently :)
