Very disappointing experience. I was asked to walk barefoot across the floor to the pedicure chair, and my feet were not disinfected before the treatment. I told the technician that it was painful and asked her not to clean so deeply, but she continued and cut three of my toes. The wounds were not treated immediately and were bleeding for some time. One week later, my toes still hurt. The nail shaping is also uneven, with sharp edges catching on socks and shoes. I left stressed and concerned
