Apparently there are two Diana’s. I didn’t get the Diana, the owner, which I thought I booked. Secondly, my nails are pretty, nice colour nice shape but… my cuticles were cut so horribly that’s they bled for three days. And Diana was really doing her best but my appointment took more than 2 hours which I wasn’t anticipating. I can’t help feel sorry for her too but my cuttlicles were so painful for days and that’s really unexeptable.
