I usually do my nails to feel better, and I've had good experiences here before, but this time was quite different. My cuticles were cut deep and bled, still hurts days later. The nails were filed too short, which could've been avoided with clearer communication. They turned out thick, and filing the edges after curing made them bulkier. No one asked for my opinion at any point, and by the time I saw the result, it was already too late to speak up — I’m not here to argue, but it’s disappointing
