I arranged an appointment with one manicurist but was told she was busy and asked if I minded if another manicurist dealt with me. The original manicurist turned up later with no explanation or apology. I consider this unprofessional behaviour.

Lashes are on fleek every time I leave the salon. And it also stays like that for a couple of weeks. Very satisfied!
