I arrived 10 minutes late and they cancel my booking and they were not able to re-schedule it, very disppappointing

None of the tools were desinfected before or after the pedicure. One of the tools, that was used for my feet, was used straight away for another person manicure! Not even wiped from the dust from previous client!

I was running 10 minutes late and they told me they could no longer take me so they have kept my money without offering any consolation to fix this. This was going to be my first time having a gel nail refil with them and I will never go back and can not recommend them due to the lack of professionalism.
