My nails looks really nice and Katjia was nice however it was quite unprofessional of her that she kept on reminding me that I was late and that I shouldn’t be late next time because customers after me would wait and so on, which I totally understand. Of course there are times we’d arrive late to appointments because of traffic and that’s what happened, but it’s a BIG NO to make your own customer feel bad for things they have no control of sometimes especially when you’re the one getting paid.
