I had an appointment with Lucas. I came in said hello and he greeted me back. I waited 20 minutes past my time for Lucas, and when my turn came he started to say that my appointment is not with him, which was untrue. I proved him I had an appointment, but he kept telling me his colleague will take care of me although he had someone waiting too. It was the worst experience I had at a barber. Lucas is unprofessional and not truthful. They had to cut me fast between others, terrible experience.
