Faeze was kind, attentive, and reassuring, checking in with me every step of the way, which made me feel very comfortable and cared for. The whole treatment took about 45 minutes, and I never felt rushed. She was efficient, attentive, and I really enjoyed my time with her. The salon is in a convenient location, with friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. The only thing I’d mention is that it could have been a little cleaner, but I think I may have come in during a busy period.

Het aller ergste wat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Ze hebben mijn haar zo verpest dat ik al twee dagen niet kan slapen. Ze doen zelf alsof dat niet zo is, ik had balayage geboekt €210 euro betaald. Er zitten stukken oranje in en mijn haar is meteen afgebroken. Ik heb een jaar mijn haar bespaard om weer blond te gaan en Zara heeft het in een klap geruïneerd.
