Do not go here for a balayage/ ombré, I had the worst experience ever at this salon. My hair is damaged/fried beyond repair. The stylist was very nice and I thought I could trust him.
I don’t know why, but he bleached my whole head?! All I wanted was my ends lighter and I told him that my hair is very fine and thin and I don’t want to damage it.
He kept on reassuring me that I should not worry and that it will look like the reference picture I gave him, and he knows exactly what he’s doing. He then put a cap on my head, pulling through pieces to make it lighter?! A balayage is suppose to be painted on! He kept saying ‘don’t worry your hair is not damaged’, but when I got home some of my hair was broken off by the roots.
After the first wash I could see it was fried beyond repair :( my hair is orange and extremely damaged, no treatment is helping and I don’t know how to fix this.
