The haircut itself was good, but the rest of the experience wasn't. The hairdresser barely touched my hair while washing it and looked bored. She left the conditioner in for one second and then I had to move to the chair in front of the mirror with dripping wet hair. My hair is thick and straight, but fine and fragile. After the washing she started to comb and pulling my hair very harsh. My hair hurt the day after and it split some ends. Very unfortunate.
