I was really disappointed in my experience with Djam today. I arrived and was told my hairstylist was sick and couldn't come in, so I was given someone else to do my haircut. I wish I had been notified before arriving because I would have rescheduled. I asked for 5cm cut off and my hair to be layered the way Farzanah (the original stylist I booked) had always done my hair. This cut was terrible and something I could have done, about 10-12 cm cut (so double what I asked). Really not happy.
