I booked an appointment with Farzaneh but without being informed or asked I was assigned another hairdresser. I thought it should still be fine, given I wanted a refresher of the existing haircut. The lady was attending and polite, however inexperienced. It took one hour to cut and dry my hair and despite that there is no diffrence with before unfortunately. Dissapointed with Farzaneh who decided not to cut my hair despite having an appointment with her and being there, as well as the haircut.
