The salon wasn't clean. He used the electric nail file to remove my cuticles which cut my finger badly and when I asked why he wasn't using the cuticle pusher tool and just trimming them he just said 'yes cut' and continued to then cut my next finger. My fingers really hurt today and I'm not happy with the end result. He also filed his own nails with the same file he was using to file my nails while he was waiting for UV light to finish.
