It was good enough. The atmosphere is not elevated or special. It is really basic. The store could have a deep clean and there is a loud beeping noise constantly that creates annoyance

De gehele ervaring was echt slecht. Ik had een refill baby boom geboekt. Het werd wit met de roze poeder die ik er al op had zitten. Tijdens de behandeling drie keer aangegeven dat het niet baby boom was maar wit en of hij er nog iets aan kon doen. Twee keer werd er iets geschaafd (ook nog pijnlijk) onder veel irritatie. De derde keer gaf hij aan dat dit het was en ik moest betalen. Een vinger was zelfs bebloed nadien. Niet prettig en zeer onvriendelijk

Worst “manicure” I’ve had in Hilversum. I booked the Spa Manicure and gellac removal and reapplication. I don’t k ow what was “spa” about it, unless it was just cutting away the cuticles. It hurt when he removed the gel. The gel application was messy. Nails were left jagged. According to the website, the appointment should’ve taken 1.5 hours. It was done in twenty minutes. Won’t be coming back.
