I came in with a very stiff and knotted upper-back. The massage therapist put one hand on my traps and immediately understood just how much pressure I was going to need. This was the first ever time I have not left a massage wishing it had been harder. I feel like I’ve struck gold! The massage therapist also checked in with me to see if the pressure was alright.
