Jeanella was very professional, polite and kind. I said I “spoke English” in the notes and she called me the day before my appointment to make sure I booked the right treatment! I thought that was really sweet and thoughtful. She did my brows to perfection and asked me several times if I liked them… and if not she would fix them until I was happy. Overall, excellent customer experience.
