Did not make any effort in understanding what I want. Rushed through the whole process and ruined the shape of my eyebrows. They wanted to squeeze in as many customers as they can. Their neighbors kept coming in and talking to the attendant. When said that I am not sure about the shape that she has made, I was told “see you in 2 weeks” Not recommended.
