Luisterde erg goed naar wat ik wenste, deed er ook alles aan om mij een fijne ervaring te geven. Ik kreeg voorbeeld last van mijn nek, dat ze doorhad en toen heeft ze een extra kussen er bijgepakt. De kleine details waar ze op letten maakt het verschil.
