My nails turned out beyond perfect—I’m absolutely thrilled with the result. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, the owner and other staff members kindly came together to help understand exactly what I wanted. Everyone was so warm and attentive. Natalia, in particular, did an amazing job from cuticle care to the final finish—her technique is truly impressive. I’ll definitely be back next month!
