Het was een moeilijke communicatie. Ik had bij de reservering aangegeven dat dit mijn eerste manicure ooit was en dat ik gewone lak wilde. Ik kwam om het gereserveerde uur binnen en men zei dat ze op me aan het wachten waren. Ik mocht direct gaan zitten. Met de nagelstyliste communiceren in het Engels ging zo goed als niet. Ik gaf aan welk kleur ik wilde, maar ze begreep niet. De vorm van de nagels net hetzelfde. 20 min na buitengaan zag ik "wolkjes" in de nagellak en leek het niet netjes

The whole experience was great and I really felt pampered. The girls are super friendly and talented. I had a lash lift done by Oleksandra and I'm super happy with it! I also got a little gift on my way out, which topped off the visit at Dualista, will definitely be back soon!
