Ik vond dat ze de tijd voor je nam en daarbij ook voorlichting gaf. Iets wat ik ergens anders niet gewend was. Tevens maakte ze ook gezellig een praatje met je waardoor de tijd ook zo voorbij vloog.
Ik heb BIAB bij haar laten doen en daar ben ik zeer tevreden over.
