Jovita was attentive, thorough, and detail-oriented in her work. She took the time to explain what would be best for my nails specifically, and walked me through the process of biab (given it was my first time getting it). She took her time shaping and preparing my nails and then applying the product. She is knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. Highly recommend!
