She specializes in rehabilitation massage and is currently in a 4 year study for TCM- Traditional Chinese Medicine focusing on Acupuncture for pain relief. She has studied and teaches many different modalities including: sports rehabilitation massage, NISA-myofascial release, infrared therapy, kinetic techniques, MLD - manual lymphatic drainage, triggerpoint therapy from the West and shiatsu, thai yoga massage, tuina massage, cupping, guasha and moxabustion from the East to help rebalance the mind and body. She offers a unique customized fusion of Eastern and Western Medicine to help restore a balanced state of wellbeing.
