I booked the massage Sunday morning for 8pm. I got an email from Treatwell telling me it had been rescheduled to 7pm later that day. I could not make that time and did not agree to that time. Treatwell have not responded to me and I sent THREE emails to the beauty salon on the day explaining I did not agree to this change and got NO REPLIES. One day later, still no replies but I have been charged. They’ve taken my money - complete scammers

Kasia was really great, truly a deep tissue sports massage focusing on some problem areas in my shoulder. One of the best I've ever had. Room was really nice, bed was warmed and the whole experience was excellent.
