What an amazing Acupuncturist Monique is. I felt completely taken care of as soon as I walked in. Not only is she a super friendly person, but she is an extremely thorough therapist.
She offers many options TCM with needles and Japanese acupuncture without needles if needles aren’t your cup of tea.
I walked in feeling burnt out, always exhausted and I left feeling 10 years younger!
Will be back next week for her facial acupuncture, it’s like getting botox without the chemicals! Highly recommend

Dina offered an excellent massage, very skilled in her profession and helped a lot with my knee and offered psyio exercises after my operation. Beautiful calm space where I fell asleep twice! Will certainly use Dina again!
