Disappointed. First time there. I specifically took an appointment with Erika. In my appointment I found another specialist without informing me. I didn’t point it out because I didn’t want to go through this conversion and I needed to get my eyebrow done as I have an important event. I left the Salon amazed the work was amazing but two days after everyone was shocked the hair was not removed properly and the browlifting didn’t even last for a week.
