I've been at Erra Beauty three times now, and every time I am met with the utmost kindness. Everybody working there goes all out in making you feel at home. Ramina's manicure is simply gorgeous. She is so precise and meticulate and the end result looks like a work of art. This will be my go to salon from now on. Ramina doesn't speak much English by the way, but with a little help from Google translate, everything works out just fine!
