Overall excellent experience - staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Erika was very professional, welcoming and kind. She made the process of threading - which can be very painful or uncomfortable for some - a very pleasant experience. Definitely consider booking your next appointment with her - she will let you know what suits you best without ignoring your preferences, will make a very welcoming environment and will thread your eyebrows beautifully. 10/10 I will definitel be coming back.

This was my first time at Erika's salon and it was a great experience with a nice atmosphere. I tried brow lamination for the first time and I'm very happy with the result.
Erika is really great at her work, an eye for details and is very welcoming which immediately made me feel safe and comfortable.
