I always had good experiences at Erra beauty but today was absolutely horrible. I booked a lash lift but it was so badly done that it had absolutely no effect. Ashmira did not seem to care and did not even apologize. Would not recommend to book an appointment with her.

I have requested double volume with the thin lashes up to 12mm, we have discussed the desired outcome with the lashmaker: it should look natural. At the end I was not satisfied with the result, the lashes stick together and not separated so every bunch looks like one thick eyelash. When the extended lash falls off, every bundle contains 3-4 lashes, not 2 as expected.
