Nice massage , nuce atmosphere. I was just a bit lost in the Spa as there's no reception desk to greet you. The Spa is clean, but as a guest from outside the hotel I would expect more service (welcome desk) and amenities such as deodorant, hair gel, comb... like in many others hotel Spa

I had an amazing Rose Indulgence body treatment at the Essence Spa.
The place was beautiful and very clean.
Ruby was really kind,welcoming and caring. After my treatment I felt so relaxed and calm. My skin was very soft and glowing.
