Therapist seems nice! The massage itself a mainly unsatisfactory experience. I’ve had this massage before & this time just did not run smoothly nor was it satisfying. Massage technique was lacking- issues with maintaining a strong pressure (requested more than once for more pressure), lack of technique (just felt like oil rubbed into the skin often times), had to ask about the hot stones which the therapist admitted she has mismanaged time around. Disappointing ¬ the experience I needed:(
