Overall, the pedicure quality was really nice, but poor service. The technician started removing my old gel. During this, another customer walked in. My technician said “one minute.” They never came back. They serviced the other person. Left me with one foot soaking and one sitting out where she had started working on removal. Not a word was said to me. Another technician came over about 10 minutes later and took over. I was even messaged and asked to come 15 minutes earlier than scheduled.
