Awful experience. I walked in, they didn’t know what I had booked, asked hands or feet and pointed to a seat. The manicure was very rough, not gentle at all and no questions to me about shape or anything were asked, he also filed away most of the top layer of my nail. When I said I was not happy with how my nails looked like, they shrugged and continued with putting on the biab. The biab application is looking mostly good, but one of the nails has 2 air bubbles. Would never go again.
