I visited the salon for the 2nd time and already had another good experience with the massage appointment, this time facial massage with oil, very nice and relaxing. The brazilian wax was not the best choice this time, the wax pulling was not quick so it hurt. What I usually experience with brazilian wax is that the skin is somewhat streched in order for the wax to be pulled quickly and less panifully, which was not always the case at my appointment. The manager was understanding about my complaints and offered to finish up the waxing (I was not able to handle the initial treatment until the end due to shock). In general, the staff's welcome is very warm and you are treated with respect.

One of the best facials I’ve ever had! The therapist was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. She checked my skin carefully and chose products that worked perfectly. The massage was so relaxing and my skin looks brighter and hydrated.
