I went in to refill my nails all I wanted was some clean French tips and I had to change the whole design because they refused to remove the acrylic enough so that the old polish would come off , I told them I wasn’t satisfied and I was told to go to another salon since I didn’t like their work, I find this so rude and unprofessional. Never going back and don’t recommend they don’t care about customer satisfaction.
