I made an appointment with Fay and this is the second time I've had someone else take care of me. She was super nice but the BIAB wasn't as well done as if it was Fay and she hurt me a bit, my cuticles bled a bit.

Everytime I come to Fay, I love my nails afterwards. This time I went to remove the biab and I had a horrible experience. I paid 48 euros just to remove the biab and to have a ''spa treatment'' which in the end was just removal and put my nails in some water for a bit. I had to ask to put a layer of thin gel otherwise it felt like my nails will fall...My shape was not nice and the moment i left 2 of my nails broke. All of this 50 euros...terrible
