Jacky was very rushed. It seemed as though she was rushing to get me out the door so she could go home for the evening. The result was a very low quality manicure. The cuticle cleanup hurt -she kept knicking my skin with her drill and let it get too hot. She filed my natural nail too much and 6 weeks later I am still feeling the negative effect of this manicure. The BIAB application was sloppy - not evenly applied and far too thick. No cleanup, just some cuticle oil and out the door!
