They were super nice and worked hard, but sadly i didn't like my new colour at all. I went in explaining the colour i wanted and they decided it would be better to go a different route, but unfortunately I didn't like the end result and felt it wasn't good money spent. I wish i had stuck to what i wanted more, but i also think to improve you should triple check the customer is happy, and properly explain what the new look will be, before changing the plan entirely. I had high hopes but i won't be going back.
