Extremely bad experience. The staff had very poor schedule management; everything felt chaotic and unprofessional. THE OWNER CLEARLY HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO HANDLE CURLY OR TEXTURED HAIR. I CAME IN TO DEFINE MY CURLS, BUT INSTEAD HE STARTED STRAIGHTENING MY HAIR. He was stressed, distracted, and not focused at all. He gave me a bad haircut, left my hair unfinished and not even dried, and even left me waiting halfway through to attend other clients. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
